Items are objects in Infinite Dendrogram with special attributes.

Items can take many different forms, such as consumables meant for one time use, accessories and weapons, or even natural items meant for use in production. Items such as weapons, equipment and accessories require the use of an equipment slot, of which most people have only 14, (for headgear, upperwear, mantles/cloaks, gauntlets, two weapons, lowerwear, boots, 5 accessories and 1 slot for equipment to be ridden). For such items one might need to be a certain level or job to equip it (This restriction does not apply to Embryos). Items can be produced by certain types of jobs or acquired as drop items.

| Lifesaving Brooch (救命のブローチ) |
Activate the skill Narrow Escape from Death (九死に一生) that negates a fatal attack. When this occurs, there is a 10% chance that it will break. The number of times this is checked is determined by the amount of damage divided by your HP. If a Lifesaving Brooch breaks, the wearer cannot equip a new one for the next 24 hours. It has a market price of 5,000,000 lir each. It's one of the drop items of boss monsters. |

Reduces the damage from a single attack to 10% of it's original value. Breaks after one use. It has a market price of 300,000 lir each. |
| Cameo of Health (健常のカメオ) | Reduces the effective time of abnormal condition. Everytime it was activated, there is a certain chance that it will break. However, since it activates in any abnormal conditions regardless of the degree, it's extremely fragile. Its main purpose and usage is to reduce the effective time that a debuff would affect its wearer rather than negate a debuff entirely. Its market price is not much different than Lifesaving Brooch because it is similarly a rare drop item. |
| Thiefsbane Bracelet (防犯のブレスレット) | Negates the theft of equipment against the wearer. It has a chance to break after use. |
| Amulet of the Equestrian Tribe (騎馬民族のお守り) |
Increases the level of the Horse Riding skill by 1. It has a market price of 100,000 lir. |
| Voice Amplification Ring (拡声の指輪) |
Increases the sound and range of the user's voice. |
| Telepathy Cuffs (衰弱) |
Allows the user to talk telepathically with anyone on their friend list within a certain distance. |
| All-Purpose Healing Elixir (快癒万能霊薬) |
Drinking this consumable removes any disease-based and restraint-based debuffs currently affecting the user and makes them immune to any disease-based debuffs for 180 seconds. The market price for a single elixir is 100,000 lir. |
| Resource Charger (リソース・チャージャー) |
Gives the user a certain amount of experience points to increase their Job level. One charge of it can increase the user's level up to 50, three charges of it can increase the user's level by 100, and 7 charges of it can increase the user's level by 200. This item is only obtainable in events hosted by the Control A.I.s. |
